2. Do your products meet ADA standards/requirements?
This is a very good question. The answer is not all ramps meet ADA standards. Depending on your needs you may not be required to meet ADA guidelines. All wheelchair ramps are available as ADA compliant. The three basic materials we use in construction of our ramps are aluminum, steel and concrete deck, each offering their own benefits.

NOTE: For health reasons, only used and factory sealed bathing or bathroom products can be returned (opened packages and/or used products will be refused.).
7. What is your shipping policy?
Shipping costs for many of our products are identified under the shipping tab at the bottom of our product pages. All orders will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground with the option to expedite. We ship daily to the lower 48 and can ship to Alaska, Hawai’i, Canada, and Mexico. If you are ordering internationally, please call us at (800) 876-7267 or e-mail us for a shipping quote.
