Handi Treads are an economical permanent solution to slip and fall hazards. The aluminum treads come in 5 standard colors: silver, yellow, brown, black, and gray and 2 standard sizes: 3.75″(W) x 30″(L) and 3.75″(W) x 48″(L). Custom sizes are available. The treads are designed to be easily installed in any outdoor, residential, commercial, or government location. The patented stair tread design reduces the possibility of slips and falls on stairs, ramps, and platforms.
Handi Tread Nosings have a 1⅛” nose flap that wraps over the front of the step to provide extra traction on those slippery edges. Nosings are also an economical repair option for damaged stairs. Nosings come in 5 standard colors: silver, yellow, brown, black, and gray and are available in the following standard sizes: 2.75″(W) x 30″(L), 6″(W) x 30″(L), 9″(W) x 30″(L), 2.75″(W) x 36″(L), 6″(W) x 36″(L), 9″(W) x 36″(L), 2.75″(W) x 48″(L), 6″(W) x 48″(L), 9″(W) x 48″(L). The aluminum strips standard size 1.875″(W) x 30″(L) and comes in 5 standard colors: silver, yellow, brown, black, and gray. Custom sizes are available. These strips are highly versatile and can be used anywhere outdoors. They are perfect for boat docks, marinas, staircases, ramps, curb cuts, tractor/trailer steps, parks, decks, and anywhere around the home.
Handi Tread Non Slip Pads make a great substitute for non slip tape. Manufactured with rust proof aluminum these pads feature our innovative raised traction button design that grips shoes and feet and helps prevent slips. The aluminum stair pads standard size is 3.75″(W) x 12″(L) and they are available in 5 standard colors: silver, yellow, brown, black, and gray. Custom sizes are available.
Alternatives such as grit tape and grip paint are also economical options but may eventually become worn and need to be replaced. However, our non slip aluminum treads have a lifetime residential warranty and a limited commercial warranty.
