I called your company from the link my engineer sent me to make a purchase from for parts I need by Monday/Tuesday of next week. When I called it didn’t seem we were going to be able to make the order happen simply because of location logistics.
So I thanked Michael told him I would keep searching and hung up.
A few minutes later Michel called me to advise he found parts that could ship to me in the time I needed to my Vista California location. I was very happy to hear that , then as we began talking I realized the I had not left my call back number, just told him my name and company name on the original call. So Michael had to research my company found my number and called me back!
Wow NOBODY does that anymore! I was really kinda stunned that someone went to the trouble. I placed the order and still had one part outstanding which he told me he was still working on, would you believe he called me back and had my parts ready to order and ship!

I’ve been in purchasing and Operations Manager now for more years than I care to admit to and to get this customer service experience today with Michael was just amazing.
I appreciate the excellent customer service Michael provided and anytime I need these products will always put your company at the top of my list. If Michael was closer I would definitely try to steal him 😉

Handi-Ramp has to be one of the best companies I have ever done business with. I volunteer with a non-profit rescue in Mass. I reached out to Handi-Ramp to see if they would make a donation for a fundraiser. Handi-Ramp not only stepped up and helped, they hit a grand slam and donated a ramp that went to an older couple that could no longer lift their older dog. This very generous donation has extended the quality of life for both owners and dog. We are forever grateful for your kindness and generous donation.
