Non-Slip Stair Tread Applications – Building Maintenance Scaffolds

According to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) there were 54 scaffold fatalities in 2009. Furthermore, in a Bureau of Labor and Statistics (BLS) study, 72% of workers injured in scaffold accidents attributed the accident to the employee slipping or being struck by a falling object.

One construction company in Florida heeded this message and decided to order and install some safety measures on their scaffolds, ensuring crews’ safety.
